Continuous Professional Development for our Administrators
Today we hosted a day of continuous professional development for all our mortgage and wealth administrators, focusing on providing excellent service to our clients.
Efficient administration is essential for the smooth running of our advice process and each administrator is key to ensuring that our clients always receive an excellent service. As our business grows the people supporting the advisers needs to grow with it. With a geographically spread team we feel it’s important to bring people together to build those essential relationships and to share best practice.
This was our first dedicated administration day and we were really pleased with both the attendance and contributions from all. Sorry to those of you who weren’t able to make the date, we hope to see you at our next event later this year.
