What were the circumstances that caused you to look for an adviser?
We needed to shift some personal debt onto our mortgage to ease monthly outgoings. We changed our life and critical illness policy to a new company which is giving us much better protection for the same money. We have also taken our an income protection policy for my husband who is self employed, so should he be off sick for more than a month we will receive a monthly income.

The most important thing is we have now fixed our mortgage for 5 years so have piece of mind if the interest rate does increase our monthly mortgage amount will remain the same which helps us to budget our money.
