TFA Welcomes two students as part of work experience
Getting some real life work experience is always beneficial and we were really pleased to host two students in our Plymouth office this June.
Ellen HIgman is in year 10 and is currently studying for her GCSE’s and Caitlin Hellyer is preparing for her A levels.
Both joined us for the same week and worked on a number of real life business projects and produced some very good reports. We were particularly impressed with their presentation at the end of the week.
By designing their own questionnaire and interviewing our mortgage and financial advisers they got a great insight into what the role entails, what you need to become an adviser and why our advisers chose to become one. They then prepared a presentation for the Board to feedback their findings. They also got involved in a number of marketing and other projects.
