Last night our MD Chris Glazier and Director of Mortgages Charly Higman, were very proud to attend the NatWest Local Hero Awards where we received the Highly Commended award for the South West. This award recognises the hard work and commitment of mortgage adviser firms that have gone above and beyond everyday expectations to put the customer and their local community at the heart of their firm. Well done to all in TFA!
The judging criteria included financial advice firms who are involved with their local community. This includes creating financial understanding in schools, supporting local charities or local clubs, voluntary work etc., along with what the firms do to keep their customers safe and secure e.g. Protecting the loan, other insurances, or supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances, secure communications.
We are very pleased to have been recognised for the support that all at TFA give towards charities. To find out how we are involved in our local communities please take a look at our Corporate Responsibility pages.
At TFA we place our clients at the heart of all we do whilst ensuring that we keep both our clients and their personal information safe and secure. Ensuring our clients are aware of how to protect their mortgage through various insurances is business as usual for our mortgage advisers. We ensure that all our advisers are trained on how to support vulnerable clients and we ensure that secure communications channels are used with our clients. We regularly ask for feedback from our clients to ensure they are happy with our advice and service and this can be seen on our homepage.
At the heart of keeping our client’s information safe is ‘My Personal Finance Portal’ or PFP is an online portal where clients can view their finances in one place, send and receive secure messages between them and their adviser and upload & store documents in a secure document vault among other features, 24/7 on any mobile or web device. So, whether clients are looking for an up- to-date valuation of their portfolio, want to assess how they’re progressing against their goals or simply wish to get in touch, PFP has it covered. What clients see in PFP is a representation of data that their adviser has captured in their internal system, so any information clients update in PFP will feed back to their adviser in real-time.
Congratulations to all at TFA for this award!
