At TFA we take a holistic approach. Our wealth advisers work with you to co-ordinate all the services and providers you may need to manage your money effectively. This allows you to plan for both yours and your family’s needs, both today and in the future.

Through our financial planning process, our independent wealth advisers will develop a plan for you with the objective of maintaining and increasing your wealth. This is based on your financial circumstances, goals and attitude to risk.

Once the plan is developed and agreed our independent financial advisers will meet regularly with you to review and rebalance your portfolio depending upon its performance, taking the opportunity to update or amend goals should your circumstances or risk profile change.

At TFA we offer three levels of Service Contracts:

Wealth Management Service

For clients who might require a close working relationship in order to achieve their stated aims. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Our initial meeting, the identification and agreement of your goals, the subsequent research, presentation and implementation of your Financial Plan.
  • Six monthly reviews of your investment portfolio to ensure they achieve your objectives and are in line with your latest risk profile with your wealth adviser.
  • Access to our Secure Client Portal where you can message and exchange documents with your adviser, access to fund and portfolio information including up to date valuations of your investments, have access to a secure document vault to store your financial documents in one place and through open banking you can collate information from bank accounts, credit cards giving you powerful insights into your spending and saving habits.
  • Priority access to TFA advisers throughout the year
  • Working with other professional advisers as required on your behalf

Financial Planning Service

For clients who might require a close working relationship in order to achieve their stated aims. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Annual reviews of your investment portfolio to ensure they achieve your objectives and are in line with your latest risk profile.

Specific Advice Service

For clients who require focused advice or products to deal with particular issues or needs in isolation and who do not need ongoing advice:

  • We commit to providing you with written information on any suitable products we have recommended to you, or those you have asked us for. Charges will always be notified up-front, and should these change these will again be notified to you in writing.
  • We will hold and maintain your file contacting you as may be appropriate. Additional work will be charged as required and agreed.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

Secure Client Area

Log in to your Personal Finance Portal (PFP), where you can view details of your finances, communicate with your adviser and exchange documents securely at any time and on any device.

Not registered? As a client of TFA you can sign up for your own PFP via this link. Please register using the email address we hold on file for you.
