I’m responsible for recruitment and the maintenance of our first class team of Independent, whole of market, Mortgage and Protection advisers.

I believe in consistently offering exceptional advice, that keeps clients recommending us time and time again. We have a robust advice process that doesn’t hinder our ability to provide quality recommendations. I won’t ever ask an adviser to follow a process I haven’t tried and tested first!
