Helen is part of our mortgage administration team based in St Austell, responsible for managing mortgage and protection applications through to completion for Cornwall based TFA mortgage adviser Jason Dace.
From first-time buys to buy-to-let and specialist mortgages, Helen will process your application promptly, professionally and efficiently. Helen receives excellent feedback from clients and she strives to ensure that every mortgage applicant receives a first-rate experience from beginning to end, consistently.
Experience and background
Helen has worked in financial services for many years and joined TFA at the beginning of 2020 a Mortgage Administrator where she works with Independent Mortgage Adviser Jason Dace.
Services offered
Helen works in partnership with Jason to ensure a seamless service is provided. She assists Jason throughout the process right through to completion or your mortgage. Helen liaise’s with lenders, insurers, solicitors, estate agents and any other professionals involved, and she’ll keep you up to date throughout the process.

Halen is based in St Austell and where she works with Independent Mortgage Adviser Jason Dace who has clients who are based in numerous towns and villages throughout Cornwall.
