Mark Savill

Mark is new to the Poole and Bournemouth area having recently moved from nearby Somerset. However, his career has spanned many sectors of the property industry including running his own estate agency and lettings business for 15 years. A career change into Financial Services in 2018 means he can now combine his property knowledge with providing independent mortgage advice to his clients.

Mark is happy to arrange all types of mortgages including first time buyers wanting to achieve the first step on the property ladder, families looking to increase their living space by moving house or extending, clients wanting to save money on their mortgage by re-mortgaging or drawing down further funds, clients over 55 looking at equity release or interest only retirement mortgages to either raise capital or buy a property, and buy to let investors who use property to generate income.
