Ruby provides administrative support for our independent wealth advisers who serve clients throughout the South West of England. Ruby joined TFA in 2025 as a dedicated wealth administrator, bringing a solid foundation gained through an apprenticeship in financial services.

With extensive experience in client servicing and supporting advisors, Ruby is passionate about ensuring clients have an great experience with TFA.

Ruby collaborates with our independent advisers and the relevant product providers to deliver seamless service to our clients, keeping them informed throughout the process. She serves as an additional point of contact, ensuring that any questions you have are answered promptly.

Based in the Truro office, Ruby is always ready to assist with any queries that may arise, providing exceptional support to both clients and advisers.
