Referral Terms & Conditions

1. This referral scheme is open only to residents of the UK who are at least 18 years old and whose details are recorded on the TFA Ltd customer database.

2. You will receive one £25 voucher when you refer a new customer (a customer who has no previous relationship with TFA Ltd) to us and they make a full mortgage application to a lender via ourselves which results in a mortgage offer being issued.

3. The person being referred must give your details to the adviser at the start of the call, the information given must be sufficient to enable us to identify you as the referrer.

4. There are no restrictions on the number of referrals you can make.

5. This offer is available until further notice. TFA Ltd staff and family members are not eligible for this offer.

6. TFA Ltd reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this promotion at any time.

7. You will be notified by phone and email with the relevant voucher details.

8. If you have received a referral voucher, you may be asked to participate in publicity.
