Our support spans from your initial tailored induction process through to ongoing day to day support and mentoring from your supervisor throughout your time with TFA. We provide regular ongoing training and structured CPD opportunities throughout the year to assist you in meeting your CPD requirements.
We have our own in-house compliance officer who provides full compliance oversight with additional support from the third party compliance company Threesixty. Threesixty provide technical enquiry service which you have access to. Additionally for mortgage advisers we are a member of Paradigm who provide a wealth of information and assist in sourcing queries.
