We have wide range of systems in place to support our Independent Financial and Mortgage Advisers.
Back Office System – Having invested in cloud-based technology over the last few years our advisers, administrators and management have total flexibility with regards to where they can work from. Our approach is to build on our core cloud-based platform, Intelligent Office and utilise as much of the functionality as possible. By using Document Designer and Docusign via PFP we have an almost complete digital end to end process for our clients and advisers, communicating and sharing documents quickly, easily and securely which is essential for today’s world where cyber crime is a key concern.
Analysing, Modelling & Sourcing Tools – We invest heavily in a wide range of tools to give our advisers the widest range of options possible in order to provide the best advice easily and effectively. Wherever possible these tools are integrated with Intelligent Office to make the process as seamless and as efficient as possible.
Website – Our website is aimed at the client with information that is helpful and engaging. It includes a full biography page for each Adviser and a search tool to find an IFA or Mortgage Adviser in the clients location. We work with advisers to produce blogs in their name which we promote on our website and social media platforms. See our Marketing support section.
Client Feedback – Understanding that client feedback is invaluable and we use the market leading FEEFO feedback service enabling clients to leave reviews for independent advisers. The platform is secure ensuring only genuine reviews are left by real clients. Searchable by adviser name it provides you the tools to promote your your business.
Email and Communications – Secure and prompt communications with clients are essential for today’s IFA’s and Mortgage Advisers. Through the use of our secure client portal, as part of our back office system, the protection of client information is at the core of our communications network. Microsoft is at the heart of our IT infrastructure with Office 365 email, document storage in OneDrive and collaborative communication channels through Microsoft Teams. Our administration teams in Plymouth and St Austell act as hubs for handling telephone calls and general enquiries routing clients and prospects to the relevant adviser.
