Important Information on Covid-19 from TFA Managing Director, Chris Glazier

Please be assured that we are taking the necessary actions to manage the safety of our employees, advisers and clients, whilst ensuring that we continue to provide you with financial advice and support during this pandemic.
Trusted Financial Advice has always been run with a ‘family’ ethos. During times of need or adversity, we have always been there for our clients, employees and advisers alike, and sadly, many of our clients will have first-hand experience of this. This developing period of concern with the Covid-19 virus has the potential to impact all of us in some way, but we would like to reassure you that we will retain our ‘family’ ethos and have the resources to look after all our clients, employees and advisers. Please watch our short 4minute 30 seconds video which explains how we will work with you safely when face to face meetings are required.
For your confidence and on the practical side, our advisers and employees are now either working from home, or in remote offices, or have the ability to do so. We have the employee numbers to provide cover for those that may be directly affected by the virus and whilst we hope you will not notice any reduction in service levels, we would ask that you be understanding if that situation does arise. All our advisers have nominated ‘locums’, i.e. other advisers that can look after clients in their absence. Clearly this may become a protracted situation and we’d like to reassure you that we have sufficient adviser numbers to accommodate all our clients should the need arise.
If you are an investor, it is likely that you have already felt the impact of the virus through market volatility and your adviser will have already been in contact to help you understand the implications. If you have any concerns, or wish to discuss your investments further, then please contact your adviser directly. Should you have lost contact with your adviser then you can find their contact details on our website or, alternatively you can contact our Plymouth office 01752 347070 or St Austell office 01726 72260 who will provide their details for you. If you do have an e mail address then it would help us to keep you informed if we could update our records with it, this can be done by emailing us at enquiries@tfagroup.co.uk.
Should you have a mortgage and wish to discuss and understand your options, or a protection plan and would like to understand your cover, or even the implications of the virus on any potential claim, then your adviser is again available and contactable as above.
Please be assured that Trusted Financial Advice remains fully open during this difficult period and we are here to support you in whatever way we can, please do not hesitate to contact your adviser or one our offices if we can be of help.

This booklet accompanies the video above and explains how we are keeping our clients, employees and advisers safe during the COVID-19 pandemic whilst continuing to provide our services to you.
Our preference is to host a remote meeting but we understand that this is not always possible. Therefore having consulted with our colleagues we have issued detailed guidelines on how to work from our offices safely when necessary including face to face meetings with clients. This also covers face to face meetings hosted in your home. If you would like to see a copy of these detailed guidelines please contact charlotte.glazier@tfagroup.co.uk.
