TFA Trusted Financial Advice has been recognised for its outstanding customer service at Legal & General’s eleventh Business Quality Awards (BQA).
Launched in 2011, the BQAs celebrate the protection industry’s advisers and businesses who have gone above and beyond to help their clients, delivering standout customer service and retention of business.
This year the awards were held at Haberdashers’ Hall in London; the first in-person since Covid-19, where Independent Mortgage Adviser, Adam Cooper, attended on our behalf.
TFA was chosen for its outstanding customer outcomes. This award recognises the businesses who over the last 12 months have created an exceptional end-to-end experience for their customers, whilst also adapting to the challenges that 2021 has brought us.
