Olya Edwards BSc Hons, DipPFS

Olya is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals by understanding their unique needs and providing valuable advice that positively impacts their lives. She advises on all aspects of financial planning and has built a strong network of connections with legal, tax and accountancy advisers.

Olya joined the team in March 2025, bringing diverse experience from various finance roles since 2016. With a background in Medical Science, she has transferred her passion for helping people with their health to their finances. Her experience as a Paraplanner and Pensions Administrator has given her a well-rounded view and strong understanding of financial planning.

Olya is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds several qualifications, including Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, Level 4 Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management, Level 4 Certificate in Securities Advice and Dealing, and Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice.

Olya is passionate about encouraging women to be financially independent and ensuring both parties in a couple take an active interest in financial decisions. She is also committed to helping vulnerable individuals by providing advice in an easy-to-understand language.

Having moved to the UK from Belarus in 2008, Olya has built a fulfilling life here and enjoys reading and gardening in her free time. She is working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner to further enhance her skills.

Olya is based in Plymouth but provides her financial advice service throughout a wide area around this base. This includes Cornwall, Devon and the counties throughout the South West. You can arrange for Olya to visit you at home, at your place of business place, or another location locally.
